Before you start

Select the correct company and verify permissions. Learn in a test workspace; posting or restoring can change actual data.

Workflow

  1. 1Open a new invoice and select customer, date, currency, invoice type and branch.
  2. 2Add items or services, variants, quantities, units and prices, then review tax and discount.
  3. 3Review total, payment, due date and warehouse; save a draft if review is incomplete.
  4. 4Post with appropriate permission; inspect document number, customer and stock movements, then print or send.
Captured in local preview. Names and balances are samples; controls can differ with permissions and activated products.

Watch this distinction

Posting can fail due to stock, credit or approval. Read the message and inspect the saved draft before creating another invoice.

Verify the result

Reopen the record and check saved values and state. For financial operations, compare the document with the relevant movement and report before continuing.
