Request help and follow support tickets
Keep your request, replies and attachments in a ticket linked to your company and current product. The conversation appears inside SINAD; delivery does not depend on external email.

Before you start
Select the correct company and verify permissions. Learn in a test workspace; posting or restoring can change actual data.
Workflow
- Select the correct company, then open Support and Tickets. My tickets shows your requests; Company tickets shows records your permissions allow.
- Choose New ticket, write a specific subject and select issue type and priority. Urgent priority is not a promised response time.
- Describe the steps, expected result and actual outcome. Attach up to five files, at most 10 MB each, when needed. Hide sensitive details in screenshots.
- Send the ticket and wait for its creation confirmation and number. If the request fails, the form keeps your text; retry instead of creating another request for the same issue.
- Open the ticket to read replies and add information. The conversation refreshes periodically while visible, and you can select Refresh. Replying to a resolved or closed ticket reopens it.
- Close and Reopen appear when you have ticket-update permission. Internal staff notes do not appear in the customer conversation and do not count as a customer response.
