Appearance, language and colors

Interface appearance is separate from print templates. Preview accent and corners, and set account language for available localized content.

Before you start

Select the correct company and verify permissions. Learn in a test workspace; posting or restoring can change actual data.

Workflow

  1. 1Select Light, Dark or Automatic; Automatic follows the device appearance.
  2. 2Try the system color in preview and inspect button and text readability.
  3. 3Adjust corner rounding and save; reopen a page to check application.
  4. 4Use the guide language selector to read the same article in Arabic, English, Turkish or Chinese.

Watch this distinction

Changing interface color does not change document data or necessarily change a PDF template; use Print settings for that.

Verify the result

Reopen the record and check saved values and state. For financial operations, compare the document with the relevant movement and report before continuing.
