Colors, sizes, seasons and attributes

Use one reference value per color or size to avoid duplicate variants. A color lot number differs from the color identifier.

Before you start

Select the correct company and verify permissions. Learn in a test workspace; posting or restoring can change actual data.

Workflow

  1. 1Open Catalogs & variants, then Colors; add name, code, HEX and available references such as Pantone when needed.
  2. 2Open the color to view its reference card, QR and available lot details; print the card if needed.
  3. 3Add sizes, seasons and attributes with clear values; do not store size in a color field.
  4. 4Link values to item variants, then review identifiers and quantities separately for each variant.
Captured in local preview. Names and balances are samples; controls can differ with permissions and activated products.

Watch this distinction

HEX is a digital description, not a physical color-match guarantee; use supplier references or physical samples for production.

Verify the result

Reopen the record and check saved values and state. For financial operations, compare the document with the relevant movement and report before continuing.
